I recently was in need of a good mechanic to inspect a vehicle I was about to purchase, and one of my coworkers suggested KOA. Honestly was expecting mediocre work and mediocre customer service, just like most of the other shops I've been to in the Dayton Area. Most of the shops tend to just tell you what's wrong with it, but Terry took me back and showed me what needed to be fixed and although I forgot to ask while I was there, he gave me an excellent quote for the repairs when I called them back a few hours later. Honestly, thank you Terry, I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles here from now on.

I had a flat tire and stopped by without an appointment. They took care of it right away, and I was back on the road in no time! The service was fast and professional. The staff was friendly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend them for any tire or auto repair needs.

Great Place! Needed a quick, same day tire patch, and they were definitely super fast and thorough. Terry was very friendly and welcoming. This place is a great neighborhood business.

I've found my new auto shop. Good honest service, and folks who know what theyre doing. I asked them to check out a sound my car was making, and they were kind enough to waive the inspection fee because they were going to change the oil and needed to drive it for that anyway. They explained exactly what the issue was, and gave me a very honest evaluation that I probably don't need to worry about it - Seriously, my worst fear when I go to an automotive place is getting ripped off because I'm a girl who doesn't know about cars, but they did me right and didn't try to upsell me on anything that isn't necessary. I really appreciate that and I'll be back for all my car service in the future.

Guys are the real deal. Took my car here after having a bad experience at another shop. Customer service was incredible, the owner is 2nd generation and even gave me a tour around the shop. Never tried to upsale me on any services even though I gave them a list of things to look at. Just good, honest, hard working mechanics. Only place I'm coming from now on.

They did a prompt repair of the broken hood latch & wiring issues on the backup lights for my car at very reasonable cost.
