Recently purchased a sofa, ottoman, and dining room set and couldn’t be happier! Brook-Lynn was very helpful throughout the process - taking the time to walk me all way through and help me find exactly what I was looking for. My wife & I recently visited Ashley Home Furniture store (St. Johns Town Center-Jax, FL). We were shopping for a new mattress & bed-frame. One of the employees (Jordan) was very helpful in helping us review the various mattress brands & bed frames. The store staff were friendly, kind & easy to work with. We love Ashley.

I had an excellent experience from the second I walked in the store. Picked out all the furniture only to give our new moving address and be disappointed they don't ship that far. David worked with his manager to get us what they could before moving but will have to order the rest of the pieces at the new local store. No Worries!!!
