It was by far the best experience I've ever had shopping for furniture. Ben's help and knowledge really helped me and my girlfriend decide what's best for our home and our budget. Our overall experience with Ben was out of this world , I have nothing but high praise for Ben , and all of the management team there. I am definitely looking forward to our next experience at Bob's. I had a wonderful experience with Bob’s Furniture, everyone was very helpful, and I loved their inventory and especially the prices. Sheena was incredible! She answered all of my questions, was so very kind and helpful, and even after completing my purchase, when I decided to make a change, she didn’t hesitate to help with that also, even though I added more for her to do. Amazing products and customer service! Purchased 2 living room sets and 1 dining room set about 1 year ago with the bobs goof proof extended warranty. One of my dogs had an accident and got blood on a few pieces of furniture, I filed a claim and they came to clean but couldn’t get the stains off. I received a voucher to cover the costs of the damaged pieces within a week and I ended up buying a different sofa and bed with that voucher. Highly recommend Bobs, and Sheena from the Stockton location is the absolute best
