I couldn't be happier with my furniture row experience. The sales staff were so helpful and low-pressure when answering our questions and guiding us toward what we might be looking for. We purchased a sofa, and it was delivered within a week. The delivery guys were AMAZING- prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to help my husband and I get our couch through our small front door. The couch is beautiful and I'm very happy with the quality and price-point. All around great experience, thank you!

I was greeted by sales rep. Joshua. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He also gave me my space to let me look. When I was ready to ask questions He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I can't say enough good things about him. I never felt any pressure . I had to drive a little ways to this store but the customer service was worth it!
