To my surprise no pushy sales people. Instead I got a salesperson who gave me space to explore and then went above and beyond helping match pieces to create a great look in each room. He even helped me save money by knowing everything in the store. I would recommend everyone to shop here. If your lucky you'll have Rodney help you. I wanted to say that Ivette from the North Haven store was one of the most professional salespersons I have had the pleasure of working with. She helped my wife and I order a bedroom furniture set that was not directly available on-line. We received our final pieces this past Friday and couldn't be happier.

My mother and I worked with Ivette to buy a bed frame and mattress and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. She was very attentive (without pressuring us), extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, we had impeccable customer service and a wonderful overall experience.
