Cici greeted me at the door. Super nice and welcoming. Cici helped me find the couch and recliner I was looking for. She was kind and down to earth through the process. Seems like a great person. Actually all the employees seemed like great people. Spoke with Loren for a while and he seemed to be a great guy. Nothing but positive vibes once I entered the store. Highly recommended.
