Let me share my experience with the company Second to none .!!!!! From the management they treated me with respect and real concern about my problems. Meaning the break down and moved forward with the best plan for me and save money..! To the driver Daniel !! Got there on time new the situation was given all the necessary information about the break down and were we were going all this very professional and curious!!! I know there a lot of tow companies in the Arizona and in this area but you will not ! Find one with better service more integrity and professional Or better equipment then this one Don’t take a chance with ur equipment or your money!!!

Taz was amazing today…. I had a very small space for his truck to navigate with little hope to properly align my new container with one I had there previously. He used a pulley to align after dropping the container to drag it into the position I wanted it. He’s experienced and happy to do his work. Highly recommended.

Had to get towed at 3 o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Jose called me and said 20 min. He was there in less. Hooked my car up and took care of it like it was his own. Price was great considering the distance. Jose has a great personality and made my bad day much better. He was kind enough to give me a ride a mile or so down the road so i wouldn't have to walk to work. Upon arrival at the drop off site he put the car in my garage and took the time to allow my all-things-cars-loving 4yr old check out his truck. Jose was the subject of almost every conversation we've had today. Thank you Jose for going well above and beyond. You have my business and anyone else that will listen to me. His professionalism, personality and skills are a credit to 5 Star Towing.

The wait was manageable for my situation, but if anyone else’s. I couldn’t answer that. But Jose the driver was very kind and quick to load my vehicle. Delivery to the tow location was easy directions followed. Vehicle placed exactly where I asked, unloaded with a firm handshake goodbye and great job. Would recommend using again if needed.
