Bill Luke Marana was the 1st place I went to look at cars and after spending time with Charles, I ended up buying that same day! Charles was great to work with. It was not a typical “used car salesman” experience we all dread. He was honest with what he knew about the different cars and even why they were traded in. He was incredibly patient while I went back and forth between different vehicles and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Everyone was very kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. I didn’t leave with my new car that day because they wanted to do a last quality check and detail on it before I took delivery and it was spotless when I picked it up this morning. I could not be happier with the car, the buying process, and Charles.

Just got myself a beautiful used certified full size suv from here. From online support, finance to my 2 sales man Andy and Charles everyone was great! They were very professional, informative and great on communication. I had 2 little hiccups with purchase my first pick wasn’t available when I arrived but they resolved it by offering me a better deal on another vehicle plus extra money on my trade in. I also had an issue with my trade in title they were very understanding and worked with me through the process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Would definitely recommend.

Second time buying a used car in two years. We are on a budget and have specific needs due to a large family. We appreciated everything about the experience. We worked with Ricardo and Bruce. They both made all aspects easy and understandable. We had specific vehicles we were looking at. We were shown them and then had an issue on our end. They did everything they could to make our experience work and get us a car that worked for us. I really can't explain without details how awesome it was but, I will say, I would go back to them and I would recommend them to my family and closest friends.

Great overall experience!!! Purchased a 2015 Ford Expedition XL 4x4 that was in immaculate shape. This is the only dealership in Tucson that regularly has used XL fleet models of the Expedition.
