Carlos made it a joy and a pleasure to shop for a new mattress! He was calm, knowledgeable, friendly and truly gave me all the space and time that I needed even as I went back and forth a few times to a mattress store across the street when I was having trouble deciding between two mattresses! It can be hard to let your body relax into “sleep mode” and really feel out a mattress if someone is hovering, distracting, or anxious, but since Carlos was none of these things I really had a chance to find the perfect mattress for me, and something completely different than what I imagined I’d go with from just reading online reviews and descriptions. Highly recommend trying out mattresses in person and highly recommend Carlos and Brooklyn Bedding!.

Just ordered my third mattress, as it does take two weeks to be made, I had an emergency need and purchased a mattress from mattress firm a month prior to this order. It turned out to be a waste of money, a horrible return policy. So I did what I should have done first of all. Brooklyn bedding is the very best , most comfortable, and reasonably priced for the high quality it is. Just do your research and you will know for sure. BB will absolutely stand by you and their products. I will never buy any other.

I had a very good experience with buying a queen size mattress from this store about two weeks ago.The owner, along with his staff members, were all very knowledgeable and courteous. I could tell that they all wanted me to have a good experience with looking at mattress options. They were able to explain to me the different types of mattresses and answer all my questions. I was also able to lay on some of the mattresses so I can get a feel for the comfort level. I came back the next day to purchase a queen size mattress. The delivery was scheduled and they brought my mattress and set it up quickly and efficiently.. They took away my old mattress and now, I am sleeping on a comfortable one! I went to this store on a recommendation from a good friend who had bought two mattresses from this store in the past. Also, I read all the great reviews and they are all true. This is a family owned business for forty years or so. If you need a mattress and do not want to be pressured, go check out this place!.
