3 Best Car Repair Shops in Tucson, AZ

Thank you, Rick and Primarily Japanese team!! I will definitely return in the future. I was weary of going to a dealership for my regular maintenance, and had a hard time finding a trustworthy shop that would offer quality service, until I stumbled upon Primarily Japanese. (My family was too, since this is the first car I'm getting regular maintenance for. My only other car was a "get you from point A to point B" that you just fix when something is broken kind of car.

I bring my 2015 RDX here for oil changes and regular maintenance. They do an amazing job and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Since my car is over 10 years old some basic things come up for replacement here and there and they always keep me informed and don't rush to replace but let me know when something may be on the horizon. If you can say you truly trust your shop/mechanic, you know you've found a good one. And they always so friendly and accomodating.

Perry was extremely kind and helpful. They were able to fit us in an accommodate our travels and the needs of our vehicle. I was impressed by their attentiveness and how they addressed the problems I was having with my car. I have also never seen such a clean garage! It was sparkling! Clean shop, professional care, quick and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Dropped my car off because I thought it had a bad front bearing. They checked my car and turns out it was ok. They didn’t charge me anything event though they spent time checking the car! Will be going back to Dan’s when I need service for sure.

Wow, these guys are the real deal! Not only did Dan's Toy Shop point out where another shop went wrong in fixing something, they also pointed out a couple other subtle things (felt during driving) that I also noticed but the Lexus dealership and another shop did not during a PPI. The difference in ride quality, after some repairs were done, was night and day (felt like a whole new car). I will be coming back.

First time at Dan’s and had a good experience with some basic work to my Tacoma. They took the time to research what work had been done in the past and made some good recommendations for future work. Pricing was fair. I like the fact that they only use genuine Toyota parts/fluids and stand behind their work with solid warranties. After some mis-diagnosis’s at other local shops I was looking for a reputable and experienced shop to help me get my Tacoma to 200k and beyond. I will be returning to Dan’s Toy shop.
