Every time I visit the this store everyone is so nice, and ready to help. Carlos the gentleman who works the saw. Is the man. He cut and basically built me a ramp out of wood for a low profile cars. Without showing him any specs. He drew up a sketch and got to cutting. His idea, and precise cutting skills allows me to professionally load up my customers low clearance cars onto my auto hauler trailer. And, last but not least. Diana was my cashier rep at the Pro checkout line. Very funny, she had me laughing so hard. With her jokes. Awesome store. I’ve had similar experiences with other employees as well. This is just the first time it crossed my mind to write a review.

Customer service was excellent they we're real friendly, and super helpful. The item however that I went to pickup, and it said there was 12 in stock, they could not find. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, I just told them I would purchase at a later date. And probably will not go back to purchase because I no longer need the item I was there for. So it saved me a hundred bucks in the long run.

Miguel (asst. Manager) was very helpful with my husband today picking out a Christmas tree. Super friendly and great person to work with. We cannot recommend him more! He is a great asset to that team. Keep him around!
