Shopped at the Harlem location and upon entering right away I had Robert helping me. HE. IS. AMAZING!!! Such a great help with everything. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He asked me a few questions to really get a feel for what I was looking for and then showed me some options. Very relatable and helpful in every way. Highly recommend anyone to ask for Robert if you want a really great experience, especially as a first time furniture buyer. I went to a few other different furniture stores and another Room Place location, but I felt no one took me seriously or helped me in-depth like Robert did. In the end, He helped narrowed my options and I went with the Marge collection. Thanks so much, Robert.

So far everything has been fantastic!! The sales lady KELLY was wonderful and very respectful while we were browsing. She wasn't too pushy or following us around. The delivery came between the promised time frame, and the delivery team was quick and efficient. We LOVE our new couch and are hoping it holds up over time.

Awesome shopping experience. Never felt any pressure from the salesman (Bob). He introduced himself and left us to the shop. Once we were ready he was very professional and efficient. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Highly recommend!! Thank you very much bob.
