From the show room to the delivery, everyone we talked with were so very nice and helpful. Never felt pressured into getting something I didn’t want and was shown only things in the price I wanted to spend. They were upfront about the delay in delivery times! Even with a delay in delivery due to Covid, we were always being updated to what was going on. Very good experience.

Had a great experience purchasing from Value City Furniture on Elston. Very informative and even through the pandemic I was still able to get my furniture in a reasonable amount of time. José and his crew were phenomenal with their delivery process. From the alerts, to the seamless unboxing, I was very pleased with how efficiently it went.

Great experience with these guys. I moved to Chicago from NYC and everyone from the sales guy Michael to the delivery guys were friendly and professional. They were always transparent with me and the furniture delivery was quite efficient. I’ll definitely come back here for more home furniture.
