Wes with A1 garage door service came out as we were having trouble with our garage door opening about a foot all on it own! After trying to resolve the issue Wes advised us that we needed a new garage door opener .. we hadn’t planned on the purchase however now that it’s installed we are very happy with it. The install was very professionally completed with no mess left behind. The door closes so quietly now . I also like the additional features such as the camera monitor the opening & closing plus I can open the door remotely. Wes was great to work with & I would definitely recommend him.

We needed service immediately on Saturday. Our garage door failed miserably. I called A1, and at first I thought because it’s the weekend we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed and we were going to have to make an appointment. But that wasn’t the case. They sent a technician out. Our technician Nick McEnroe was great! He did an amazing job with a very strong and sturdy temporary fix. And only A1 will be the one who I will call for the new install that we need. I highly recommend A1!

Sheldon, did an amazing job! He was extremely thorough, explaining everything to us, and all changes that he made. After finishing, showed us what he fixed, on the door. We were very satisfied with the customer service Sheldon provided. Based on our experience we would most certainly recommend A1 and Sheldon!

We were so impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and speed regarding our new garage door. When our door broke, we knew we needed it replaced, and quickly. Overhead Door Co was recommended by my sister who had a great experience with them a few years ago. Art, the owner, arranged for a service tech to come out the very next day to possibly do a quick fix while waiting on the new door. Chris, the service tech, was not able to fully repair the door but had great information to help us determine what new door to purchase. Alex was able to get us on the schedule for the following week. The install crew was great! By that evening, I was parked back in my garage with the quietest garage door ever. I highly recommend this company, they are top notch from the owner to installers.

Jared came out to assess our home warranty claim with our garage door not working. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, our home warranty company wasn’t able to approve the fix due to the propriety system the home developers installed. So we have to convert systems to a more universal system. Johnny came out the next day to quote us a new system and door, which we decided to replace at same time. Johnny very kind, and efficient. We would have called around to get other quotes but we really liked Elites customer service. Looking forward to seeing the quality of the completed work! Thanks.
