My family and I are absolutely thrilled with the updates that ADT just installed in our home. We had an older system that ADT replaced with their newest technology, ADT Control. We added the new beautiful touch keypad, video doorbell, garage door opener, and video cameras. We have been with ADT for over 15 years in two different states and have always been happy with their service. Here in Tucson, AZ we are now ecstatic! Territory Manager Sharon S came out to our home and did a complete evaluation of our current system. Sharon made recommendations based on our needs and wants, and what we were looking to accomplish. Technician Josh did a tremendous job on the installation and gave our entire family a quick tutorial. The new system is beautiful, works perfectly, the smart phone app is fantastic, and makes it so easy for our family to use, especially our children. The service provided by both Sharon and Josh were top notch, and we cannot thank them enough.

Sharon Schlessinger is the absolute best. She helped us with our current system when we were having problems( we were living out of the country at the time). Everything was handled with such efficiency and professionalism. When we moved back to the states, I contacted Sharon so we could update our system. She came out to the home, was so thorough and professional. She listen to our thoughts and concerns and also helped us to see needs we did not think about. ADT/Google is very fortunate to have some like Sharon working for them.

Great job Brandon! Yesterday my cameras went offline as a result of my internet provider making a change. Brandon answered my call at 8PM and walked me through the process to restore the cameras. This isn't the first time Brandon has answered my calls after normal working hours. Most the time everything works great! But sometimes when the unexpected happens you want someone to answer the phone and help troubleshoot issues outside of the normal routine. Thank you Brandon for caring about my business!
