Mr. Brandon Mayfield the owner of US Alarm Brokers is the real deal! Brandon runs a honest, dependable and trustworthy local business. Brandon and his company installed all the low voltage wiring (cat6, alarm, coaxial) in my residence approximately 2 years ago during construction and I recently contacted Brandon to have the security camera and alarm systems installed. I meet with Brandon to discuss our needs and within a couple days Brandon provided me a very detailed proposal at what I believe was a fair price. Subsequently we choose to use Brandon to complete our security camera home alarm system installation for our residence. Brandon was very flexible with his scheduling and was able to accommodate our busy schedules. The installation went off with out any issues and on few occasions Brandon went above and beyond to help me out. The installation was done professionally and visually looks great. Brandon’s customer service, professionalism, attention to detail and service after the sale are above and beyond. Great group of people. My alarm system was a pain in the butt and I made it worse with my last minute mind changes. They never missed and beat and took care of my house and did everything that was needed and more! I also no longer have the old outdated key pad I finally have a nice touchscreen!

We've been so impressed by the customer service we've received and continue to receive from the salesperson, Sharon Schlessinger. She couldn't be more personable and professional. She is genuinely concerned that we get the absolute best system for us and that we thoroughly understand how everything works, from the sensors to the touchpad to the online app. Even after the installation she has made herself available to help us become comfortable and familiar with everything and to go over any questions we might have as we start using the system. The installer, Josh, was also very professional and explained everything he was doing as he set up the system. He worked with us to find the best placement of the sensors, and like Sharon went over all aspects of the system with us. We really appreciated his patience! So basically getting our new ADT system has been an excellent experience!
My family and I are absolutely thrilled with the updates that ADT just installed in our home. We had an older system that ADT replaced with their newest technology, ADT Control. We added the new beautiful touch keypad, video doorbell, garage door opener, and video cameras. We have been with ADT for over 15 years in two different states and have always been happy with their service. Here in Tucson, AZ we are now ecstatic! Territory Manager Sharon S came out to our home and did a complete evaluation of our current system. Sharon made recommendations based on our needs and wants, and what we were looking to accomplish. Technician Josh did a tremendous job on the installation and gave our entire family a quick tutorial.
