The G.O.A.T. of computer repairing!! The employees were extremely friendly and personable, fixed my laptop keyboard in a timely manner, and constantly kept me updated. They were extremely transparent of the processes that they were going to fix my computer with, and really explained how they were going to repair the issue, and the tests they were going to run. On top of this, the repairs were extremely affordable compared to the other places I called. They even gave me a rate on the phone and gave their best estimate of cost, affordability and parts - extremely good at diagnosing. Highly recommend to take your services there.

I brought in my desktop because of a problem he was very honest about the price and stayed in constant contact calling me every day to give me info and ask if I had any questions then after everything was fixed he ended up undercharging me gave me a great price and was very respectful. Michael was extremely helpful while helping my daughter with her computer. Not only was he attentive but was also honest and got the repair done in one day. As a student, she depends on her computer 24/7 and we can’t be more thankful for the service. Another repair place didn’t give her hope for repair and told her it would take 2 weeks. James and Wes were two of the most professional, helpful, and patient people I've ever met. Their store has a wide variety of PC parts, and from entry level computers to the high-end. I ordered a high-end custom gaming PC from them. They were super courteous and quick in picking up my calls and answering any questions I had. From helping me decide what parts to get and were compatible, to walking me through the process and giving me updates when building my PC, and even following up with me after I got it home to check how it was going. After using the PC for some time now, I can safely say this is THE best PC I have ever owned in about 25 years of using computers. It's beautiful, professionally built, and runs like a dream. No matter what tasks I do, or games I play, it performs perfectly with no hitches or issues. The RGB colors are totally optional as well and they can custom make it to your liking. I can't recommend Smart Parts PC enough, and for anyone wanting a great PC for gaming, work, or just daily use I would highly recommend you getting one from them. 5/5 stars.

The customer service here is UNMATCHED. I have called A FEW of the pc builders/repair/sales stores in Tucson and this place BY FAR is the best. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, and EXCELLENT pricing when compared to other shops. They do diagnostics for FREE and they have guaranteed parts they sell. Ill probably never go anywhere else again. Places like this I am always happy to spend my money with.
