From the very first call with Stephanie until moving day it’s been an incredible experience! Let’s face it, moving is HORRIBLE. However, if you have to do it, use these folks. Stephanie’s bid was super close to actual and she was right about paying by the hour which I was hesitant to do. They were respectful with my pocketbook and worked hard and fast. They called prior to appointment and showed up on time. Dakota H. and James G. were so polite, experienced, and gentle with my things. I can’t thank them enough for a flawless move. I’m sitting here in my new home in disbelief. Thank you all so much!!!.

This was the best move we've had. They guys showed up on time and worked extremely hard. They carefully listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. On arrival to our new house they asked all the right questions and were extremely careful of walls and doors. I recommend them for anyone considering a move.

We used Smart Move to move my Mother-in-Law from the assisted living facility where she had resided for over a year to a new facility, and were VERY pleased with the service. My MIL didn't have a lot of things (three pieces of furniture, lamp, chairs, and assorted boxes and tubs), but the the two-man team were courteous, friendly, and careful with shrink wrapping and moving her possessions. It was really helpful that she did not have to remove everything from bureau drawers. Overall, the whole experience was great -- the company answers their phones, the movers arrived on time, charged exactly what they quoted, movers were respectful and careful with her things, and made moving day as pleasant and stress free as possible. We highly recommend them!.

Best moving experience by far! Usually moving is a pain but they made it stress less and worry free. The agents were nice and gave me a spot on quote. On top of the Fast and respectful movers, Walid, and Jordan they were great. All my needs were met and I’ll definitely be using them again !!.
