I have had very low volume on my iPhone 11 for probably 18 months, I have cleaned it unsuccessfully many times, and have to use the speaker to hear on calls. I was shopping at Albertsons today, saw Quick Fix Phone Repair across the street as I was leaving, and stopped in. The courteous young man at his work bench immediately asked for my phone, called his office phone on my phone several times to listen to the volume, dusted the phone, and then sprayed it with canned air. He gave it back to me with normal volume restored. I was in the store under two minutes, and there was no charge. Qiuick Fix lives up to its name! Five Stars - John B

Liz in the front was super helpful! I called a few days before and she was super polite and helpful over the phone. Went in and she was able to help me w my device and claim w no problem! She was really nice and patient, which I appreciated bc I was there w a sleepy baby and my 4 year old boy! Thank you! This store is hands down always the go too

Liz was at the counter, and was very polite and helpful in getting me checked in, as well as when i returned to pick up my phone. Unfortunately I didn't catch the techs name even though she told me, but he was able to get my phone fixed and ready to go earlier than the time frame i was quoted.

Amazing quick and easy. Liz the girl at the front was very easy to work and very kind not to mention kinda cute. Overall positive experience.
