We've had excellent service, throughout, the one+ year from Setup to our monthly service from Erika. We've only had one instance when we had critters on their watch, and they took care of it within one day with no additional charges. We highly recommend them.

We've tried several pest control companies here in Tucson and would have to give all a satisfactory rating. While we never had a pest problem, we also weren't really aware of what they were doing when we received service. Not so with these guys. The technicians take time after each visit to discuss what they treated for, anything they may have found that we need to be aware of and always were honest and taught us things we may not have known. I'm sold and don't plan to use anyone else.

We've used Rigo twice now to help us get rid of pesky critters and prevent others as the seasons change. This last time we had Manny service our home, and he's gone above and beyond to help us rid our home and surrounding area of any unwanted critters. The company uses eco friendly and dog friendly products, which we really appreciate. Manny has even called twice to check up on some traps he set and came by to set more. The ants were gone within HOURS, and let me tell you, we had an alarming abundance of them to the point where they had formed a line from our front door, through the living room, into the kitchen, onto the counter! So far, so good - we have not seen one ant, inside or outside on our front steps. Eddie is a great guy and an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you so much! Pro-tip: DON'T call Truly Nolan - they are expensive and far less effective. They also charge for quarterly visits even if they don't show up. Call Rigo's first, you won't be disappointed.

Have been using this service for about a year. When we first moved into our house out in Sahuarita we had roaches and spiders everywhere - after having Greenshield come out and visit we're not seeing them much at all anymore, which is nice. Our tech Tyler is a good guy and our dog is always happy to see him when he comes out. I have no complaints - I'm getting what I paid for.
