Had a massive 100 year old salt cedar that lost an 18" limb in a wind storm. I called their certified Arborist, Thomas McDermott and he was on site within 2 hours to assess the tree. Thomas communicated to me that the tree was in very poor shape due to the previous owners toping the tree. He provided photos and even cut the branch that fell off and into segments so we could see where and how the rot was making it way through the tree. After accepting their very reasonable bid, Thomas showed up with a team of absolute professionals, Sasha who is learning the trade under Thomas (Great teacher for her) Eric and Ian, the 2 tree climbers were absolutely mesmerizing to watch. Their speed and knowledge was very impressive to see. Then there was the absolute savage ground guy Benjamin. Every single branch that came out of that tree he'd move out of the way and make piles to make the chipping process go much faster. Everything about our experience with Santa Rita was flawless from start to finish! Huge thank you to Thomas and his entire team, you all deserve a raise!.

I can’t express how happy and excited I am that Jose Valles and Manuel Garcia over a few days ACTUALLY cleaned the park behind my house. I’ve lived in my home going on 7 years , NEVER has the park behind me been actually fully cleaned and trimmed. I usually do my best to keep the overgrowth from the park out of my yard . So excited they went above and beyond to make sure and clean the park properly.

The storm knocked down my mesquite and the guys were really kind. They saw me outside and asked if I wanted it removed as they were doing a neighbors house and I mentioned it wasn’t in my budget. They came the very next day out of the willingness of their heart and not only removed but also helped me plant a new one. Not only were they quick and efficient they were very professional. I recommend them 100% . If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

My husband worked for Complete Landscaping for many years. He loved working for this company. Unfortunately my husband got sick with cancer and had to take some time off. Mrs. Gibson went above and beyond for my husband during his treatments, appointments and helped us with his insurance. I appreciate and thank you for everything you did for him. Complete Landscaping services our little HOA of 79 homes. Mekiah, the Maintenance Supervisor is wonderful to work with and goes over and above to make sure everything is right. The crew on the ground led by Raul are a hard working team that aim to please. We appreciate the dedication and wonderful customer service we have experienced with Complete Landscaping.

Complete Landscaping handles the duties at our development- Park Modern. Tim and his crew do an awesome job, and are always friendly when we talk to them. Their supervisor Mike, is just as attentive and they really care about the property and take pride in their work.

A Horticulture Unlimited tree crew, Ron and Eddie, trimmed a large mesquite tree in my yard this afternoon. They were professional in every aspect, communicating with me about what they were going to do and why, and showing me the result of the trimming with an explanation about how the tree was going to adapt and fill out. They went above and beyond by leaving my yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. Their care about the quality of their work showed through. While at my house, we discussed future care for the tree as well as landscaping ideas for a project I plan for the future. I really appreciate having this done and will definitely use this company in the future.

Terry did an excellent job fixing our drip irrigation problem. He immediately found the problem and started right away to replace old pipes. He was very knowledgeable and professional and worked in a timely manner. He checked the timer and the entire system and made adjustments where needed. We would not hesitate to have him come back in the future. Because of his great work, we will use Horticulture Unlimited for our landscape problems in the future.

We have used Horticulture Unlimited Inc for landscaping of our second home in Tucson. We’ve been extremely happy with the job they just recently installed in our backyard. The irrigation team was amazing. I would recommend them highly to anybody.
