Dan did a really good job of inspecting my garage door, the tracks the door moves along, and the garage door opener. He replaced part of the door track that was rusted out at the bottom. Because I asked, he gave me a brief explanation of what he had done. After he left I did some reading about garage door maintenance and had a concern that he might have missed something to do with the opener track. I called the company and they sent him back the next day. It turned out that the information I had read did not apply to my garage opener after all. All in all they did a great job and responded to my concerns promptly. All at a very fair price too.

This is an honest and straightforward company. One of the wires that balances my garage door while it opens and closes snapped. Madison Overhead Garage Door Services came out to fix it for a reasonable and fair flat callout fee plus parts/service.
