After a break-in at our office, we had a security system installed. J&K was professional, courteous, and attentive right from my first phone call. Our installer, Zeke took the prize though. He was very professional and kind. Over a month after the project was complete, the sticky part came off of the sensor that was attached to our door. I texted Zeke and he was there to reinstall it in less than an hour. He was/is the definition of what customer service and general kindness should be. We should all be so lucky to have several Zekes in our businesses.

We are working with J&K for years. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff and all possible issues we had were resolved quickly.
