Setting up an appointment with A1 Garage Door Service was super easy! Our garage door broke on a Sunday and they were available to fix it right away Monday morning. Our technician Michael Brania was very knowledgeable and super personable. Would definitly recommend A1 and Michael.

Overall wonderful experience, highly recomend this company! The first they were here Kurt was very kind and considerate. He laid out all of our options for the repair/replace, with NO pushy sales tactics. When they came back to do the replacement Shawn was great. He kept us informed of arrival time and how long it would take. Did a very detailed job of adjust and setting the door. Also cleaned as he went as well as cleaning up at the end, other than the new door you couldn't even tell he had been here. Also made sure to go over care and maintenance with both my husband and myself.

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service and their technician Matthew. I reached out over the weekend about an issue with our garage door and got a response back right away. We got an appointment scheduled and there was thorough and professional communication every step of the way. Matthew diagnosed my problem, gave me a number of solution options, and completed the fix all within a couple of hours.

The appointment setup and service was great. The repair person was professional and nice. The price was much more than I expected for a repair that took 15 minutes to replace my garage door spring and cables. I was made aware of the price before the service. I will still give 5 stars for the ease of the process. Maybe garage door repairs are typically expensive in Madison.

MADISON OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICES REVIEWS

We recently had Madison Overhead replace our garage door, inclusive of a new lifter, rails, etc. They were very responsive and easy to work with, and their quote came in at less than half of the other company we got a quote from for the exact same door and lifter. Not only that, their person who did the quote was here for maybe 20 minutes while the other company wasted over 2 hours of my time for what was a pretty straightforward quote. I highly recommend Madison Overhead.

Madison overheard replaced my torsion spring today and wanted to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Left a voicemail, Mike called back and my door was fixed in under 24 hrs for a very reasonable price.

We were referred to Madison Overhead through our Costco Membership, and wow, we absolutely loved working with them. They help find you the best option for your garage, they replaced our key pad, and installed a new motor, down the road we will return for when we need a new garage door itself, but highly recommend, customer service is beyond amazing.
