Adrian first discussed the scope of the service with us before he began, and briefed us on what he found and discussed our options. We were left with a full written report. The company then checked in with us after the service call to see if we had questions or concerns. Bottom line, if you value service, Harker won't disappoint. BTW, the price was competitive. Overall, first rate.

Reid with Action was great! Highly recommend. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet’s hot water pressure. He initially suspected a filter cartridge issue, so he bought and replaced it. Unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem and the whole unit needed replacement. He didn’t charge me for the filter replacement, only the standard service fee which I would’ve paid anyway. Very honest and professional business practice, and I’ll definitely call them again for future needs. He also mentioned that Moen offers a lifetime warranty and gave me the info for that. Overall, excellent service.
