I went in because my computer's speakers stopped working, she was able to give me a quick diagnosis and estimate as well as some next steps. As a person who knows little to nothing when it comes to computers I appreciated her kindness and her ability to tell it to me straight. Its easy to tell when someone knows when they're good at something, but it's always a sight to behold when they know it and use it for the good of the people around them. I highly recommend going here.

Been twice, once for a screen failure and once for an issue with my laptop's fans. Both times, Remachines has been able to fix my problem promptly and with great service. Prices were explained clearly and up-front, as well as what parts needed to be ordered and why. Plus, they have the Maker's Bill of Rights posted! Once again, cannot recommend enough.

My laptop has been having trouble turning on, but I came here and received amazing help. She helped me look inside my laptop to see if anything was wrong, helped to restart my battery, and gave me great suggestions for what I should do moving forward. Super kind, communicative, and helpful.

Helped me out when I was in a pickle. I was building a computer for my son and noticed the M.2 NVME slot was missing the standoff and screw to secure the hard river to the board. After calling a few places they were the only ones that said they could help me. They allowed me to look through their screw collection (which is quite impressive [ meaning if you need a screw for anything in your computer, they probably have it]) and eventually helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The entire build was on hold because of this pesky little screw and they hooked me up and let me have it for free. If you ever need anything computer related, be it repairs or just tiny little parts that you forget you need, they will do their best to help. Highly recommend them.

These folks are the best! I'm so happy they are in Madison. I was just in yesterday as my laptop had been seized up by a scam. I was prepped for a few day turnaround and the tech had it back up and running (with extra protection added) in about 10 min. I've bought computers there and had service done for years. Absolutely trust these folks to keep my computers running. I never have the horror stories my friends around the country have who don't have local care. Thank you.

Thank you to the team and Brian for going above and beyond by offering to stay open later than closing time ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs help with computers.

Had a special request question that didn't necessarily require service, and Tony (if I remember correctly) was eager to help me solve the problem. It turned out I simply needed to adjust my technique with a particular piece of hardware. I offered to pay for the valuable information I was given during our 3 minute discussion but he just said throw us a review :) The atmosphere and was cozy and inviting plus the gentleman I spoke with came across as really down to earth and genuinely interested in helping me SOLVE the problem, not just sell me service. Very impressed 10/10.

I built a computer from parts and ended up with a hardware issue. I took it into the shop and they diagnosed the faulty part, and were open to communicating with me throughout the process. Ultimately I decided to retrieve the computer and install a replacement motherboard myself. They were understanding and had the computer put together and ready to pick up between the time I made the call to when I showed up at the shop twenty minutes later.

Great Service and Knowledgeable Professionals. I supplied the parts and they assembled the computer. They even replaced a part that wasn't going to work with one they had in stock. This computer should last a long time.
