I stopped in to get a storage unit set up. I'm glad I did. I could have done it online, but Jerry was phenomenal! He was kind and helpful. He got me all set up and provided so much information. I really appreciate his help. I recently move items into the storage unit. It was clean and pallets were provided to keep stuff off the floor. I highly recommend Superior Storage and Jerry!.

I first rented a moving truck and storage unit from this company over the summer. I was so impressed with the customer service. Laurie is the definition of a caring and competent professional. She knows business and how to treat customers. As a result, I did business with them again this month. Laurie continues to be thorough and caring. I would recommend them for all moving and storage needs.

Laurie is great! Friendly experience, just be wary that prices can change according to demand (standard practice). I was warned well in advance.

Needed a couple storage units while our basement was worked on. We selected FreeUp based on location and price. We had two inside units. The facility was clean and the units were easily accessible. The facility had good environmental systems, security and cameras. Highly recommend them and would use them again.
