THERAPY HAIR SALON REVIEWS

I’ve been going to Therapy Hair Salon for years, both locations. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. Everyone is great, super friendly, experienced, and prices are reasonable. I’ve seen multiple stylist and loved them all. While my favorite stylist isn’t there anymore, today I saw Jordan and I was impressed. Side note: I can be hard to please, he was extremely professional, kind, and I appreciated that he took his time with getting to know what I was wanting and with doing my hair. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Thanks Jordan!

I’ve been going to Therapy and seeing Kellen for my hair, and she is absolutely amazing! She always listens to exactly what I want and makes sure I leave feeling my best. Whether it’s a trim, color, or a complete refresh, she pays attention to every detail and gets it just right. On top of that, she’s so friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Therapy and Kellen to anyone looking for a skilled and attentive stylist!

Was visiting Charlotte and was in desperate need of a hair cut. Once my appointment was booked, I was asked a few questions about my hair. When I got to my appointment everyone was so nice. Jordan, my hair stylist was easygoing, and quick to offer tips and tricks for my curly hair. I love the finished product, and not gonna lie I'm probably going to fly back just to get my hair cut. Highly recommend this place!

I was welcomed yesterday as I inquired about an appointment to fix color by self application. I had absolutely no idea I could be seen same day, it was a wonderful surprise! Nika did a fabulous job on my hair, she does beautiful work.

I have been going to Theresa for over a year. She is an outstanding hair dresser. Listens carefully to what the customer wants and goes above and beyond to cut my hair perfectly.

I have been coming to Pur for at least 13 years now. Tahira has been my stylist the entire time. She is an amazing stylist and friend. I highly recommend her!!

I had such an amazing experience at Element 5 Salon! Everyone was so welcoming and my stylist Zack completely transformed my hair! I had been getting blonde highlights for the past 6 years and wanted to switch my hair up so I decided to go darker and it was the best decision, I gave Zack full control on the color and he absolutely killed it! I have never been so happy with getting my hair done, 11/10 recommend Zack!

My daughter and I both go to Mikayla Perez. She does a fabulous job with balayage as well as cuts. She is excellent at listening to what you want and executing.

Awesome experience at Ballantyne location. Mackenzie gives a great cut and color .. she really listens and I was thrilled with the results. Love the blowout too !
