I’ve come to this salon dozens of times and have always had a pleasant experience. The interior is quite relaxing and calm with instrumental music playing. All of the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient; many of which have been working in the industry for a decade or more. I adore Julie and always love to see and speak with her as she attends to my nails. They always take the extra time to really make sure your nails are comfortable and perfectly finished, especially the sides and base. They also do a great job on eyebrows at a good price! My nails always last a month at least, and have lasted up to 6 weeks against my work in the service industry without breaking or chipping. They certainly stay busy on the weekends so I’d try and get in early or on a weekday if you don’t like a crowd. Overall it is my favorite spot in Charlotte for nails, I highly recommend it.

I’ve been looking for a new nail shop that made me feel comfortable & that I was also receiving a good value. Kim & Kay did nonetheless. I WILL be returning! The customer service alone will have you back. If you’re considering Elegant Nails, this is your sign! I have also had the pleasure of working with Tammy and she is phenomenal. Kevin was very attentive and helpful as well throughout a very busy Sunday. He was able to fit me in even though I was late for my appointment. Wonderful place.

Beautiful experience today at Elegant Nails! The owner Julie is the sweetest lady ever, she checked in and made sure I was happy with both my services. As a Charlotte Native it warms my heart to be able find small businesses who have been here 20+ years and haven’t been pushed out by the big corporations. I am excited to become a regular customer and look forward to coming back here soon. Thank you Julie and your team for a great experience I am happy.

Tyler is the very best! Their work is clean, detailed, and quick. My sets last several weeks without any lifting or chipping. I have never been disappointed and I have been coming here since September 2023. I recommend Ms.Vee for pedicures! She’s amazing and takes her time to perfect your feet! Absolutely recommend.

I decided at the last minute to get my nails and a color change on my toes. The service was phenomenonal when I stepped in until I stepped out. Everyone friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do.

Kathy does my nails and she always does them so well. I get compliments each time! Last me weeks before I have to even go back. Pedi chairs are great. Favorite part is the mango slushie of course.

Free complementary drinksss. Jenny did an amazing job on my nails, so much attention to details and superb personality? Got me self the midtown gurl set and it definitely did all it said out to do. My feet have never been softer. The place was cute clean and so much fun. Will definitely come back. Will say.. the mimosas were STRONG. i had a good time walking back to my apt.

I went to the new Metropolitan location in Midtown and it was amazing! I got a regular pedicure with gel polish and my toes look great. My nail tech was so sweet and did a great job. The new location is gorgeous inside and smelled so good. It is such a convenient location. I will definitely be back.

This is the ONLY place in Charlotte I go to for designs and they do a great job every time. Hailey did a gel x fill in for this set and the 3d nail art and I love it.
