We love First Landing! We've done the Junior Ranger camp in the summer, we meet there weekly for outside time, and we go occasionally just for fun. The beach is nice and gentle. They have a fun learning center by the beach with some history as well as an area with lots of live animals to learn about. There are numerous trails which are well kept and marked. There are bathrooms that are nice. There are quite a few picnic tables. The rangers are wonderful and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Had a great time hiking here. There is a $7 fee for parking. There were public restroom available at the parking area. We finished the whole round of hiking within about an hour. You can also drove across the street to visit the beach area, very beautiful and perfect to watch sunset.
Absolutely beautiful, very clean park with spacious campsites. Multiple entries (boardwalk paths) to the beach. Store stocked many necessary camping items and has a snack bar. Outdoor showers and restrooms are clean. Only criticism is they should have changing rooms for the day visitors.
