Diyanni Homes

We recently moved to Wellington, Ohio and bought six acres of beautiful farmland on which to build our forever home. After conducting extensive research, we decided on Diyanni Homes as our custom builder. So glad we did! We are only a couple of months into the process, but everyone has been wonderful. Ginny Johnson was outstanding during our initial meetings, providing a lot of great information and explaining the Diyanni Homes process and what to expect. Kati Dougherty did a fantastic job helping us design the exterior style and colors for our new home as well as our kitchen cabinetry. They also provided a rendering of what our new home will look like. So far, we couldn't be happier with Diyanni Homes!

We have had a wonderful experience with Diyanni and our build so far. Ginny and Kati are both very pleasant to work with and have been very organized and very informative for our family. The process has been effortless and the communication and organization is top notch. Thank you! The home builder app has been very helpful as well. It keeps us informed on what we can expect moving forward and it will definitely make our building experience easy.

We are in the design phase of our building process and haven't started digging yet. So far, the process has been relatively smooth. We don't have anything negative to say about DiYanni.
