I have worked with DJK Custom Homes for over 17 years. I am a Mortgage Lender that specializes in Construction Loans and have had the pleasure of financing many of their clients with Construction to Perm loans. I have had noting but successful projects with DJK and they are a pleasure to work with. I get rave reviews often from their clients as their home progresses. I've been in many of their model homes as well and words can not express how impressed I am ever time I walk in. The attention to detail is amazing. DJK build our new home in the time line they provided early on. We feel two most important elements in the home build QUALITY AND ON TIME. DJK team meat both even in the challenging environment of labor and materials issues. Dan personally helped us in customizing our house from their standard model. There were few hurdles with city and DJK/Kevin helped us to work through. Mark Papa Project manager was AWESOME from start to finish. Overall we are very happy and I would recommend their services!!

DJK has an excellent team of home building professionals for those who want to build a custom home. From the initial sales contact with Shannon, the custom design detail with Dan, development, specification and selections with Annie, Halina and Cassey you get a beautiful plan for your home. During construction Kevin and Jack are excellent at not only producing a top quality home but communicating with the buyer at all steps in the construction. Job site meetings to review the construction plan and schedule make the building process go smoothly. Behind the scenes Aleks and Al keep the accounting and procurement processes timely to support the build and recordkeeping. We are extremely happy to have had DJK build our new home and highly recommend their services.
