After countless meetings with several builders throughout the Cary, NC area, when relocating to the area from Austin, Texas, we did not feel comfortable with any of those builders whom portrayed themselves as a “custom” home builder. However, after our very first meeting with Terry and Steve [Poythress], we knew unequivocally that they would be our custom home builder. Our entire experience with them from the beginning, to months beyond our closing, was very pleasant and easy. They are professional, trustworthy, always available and most of all had years of experience in the home building business. We can truly say we were extremely satisfied customers!
