We had a great first time home-building experience with Saddlebrook! We were too overwhelmed going full custom on new construction and loved that there were so many floor plans to choose from. They made the entire process easy and worked with us on some modifications we wanted, especially with our finished basement. The building process was transparent and we were able to see the construction. The structural and architectural quality are top notch. Saddlebrook also follows through very well on any warranty work needed. We really enjoyed working with Robin, Chris, Elizabeth and several others. We would definitely recommend Saddlebrook and we love being in the new neighborhood!

Incredible company from start to finish! We just closed on our new build with Saddlebrook, and could not be more pleased! Their customer care well exceeds most companies I encounter today. I love my Saddlebrook home at The Towns at Braxton Creek. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched by any other builder in my opinion. The landscaping is also very beautiful. This is an incredible community and I love being a mile away from the interstate and Turkey Creek. It was a pleasure working with Ms Cathy!! I could call or text her at any time and she would always answer any questions that I had. I absolutely give Saddlebrook properties 5 stars.
