I highly recommend Jerry Braklow and his team if you are wanting a quality and affordable custom build home. I moved from Dallas and decided to reserve a lot off 175th and Quivira. Not knowing the marketplace, I started talking to several home builders approved in the neighborhood and became frustrated very quickly with most of the builders lack of personality or ability to customize exactly what we wanted in our home. I almost pulled my reservation and looked at resale until I ran into Jerry Braklow at one of his custom builds handing out Gatorades to his subcontractors. For a younger man, I was very impressed with how he interacted and treated his subs. I could tell right away that he truly cared about his team and and the quality of what he builds. My wife and I met with Jerry and his design team a week later and the process has been very smooth except for a few order hiccups due to Covid delays. We are about to close on our home next month and I can tell you without hesitation, this has been by far, the best experience we have had building a home. And this is our 7th home. Thank you Jerry and Braklow Custom Homes! Our home is truly beautiful and my wife and I couldn't be happier!
