Our stay was amazing as always with the Holiday inn and Tenaj Irvine was our front desk representative who did an amazing job and was super sweet. We were here for a week so though we bothered her many times she always had a smile on her face and was eager to help.

Everything was Amazing! Room was clean, all of the staff was friendly & extremely helpful. Thank you to Tenaj Irvine, She assisted my husband and I during our stay. Answered our questions kindly & pleasant! We truly appreciate good customer service.

Very clean, very quiet, great staff! Will stay here again! A nice place to have night to yourself with the movies next door, several places to eat in walking distance.

I am extremely pleased with this hotel! I was dismayed a while ago by Hampton, but this location, the location. In northern Ann Arbor and the location in Saginaw have regained my trust. Excellent staff and accommodations.

The staff here was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and honestly super fun people. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pillows weren’t the greatest and I wish they had bigger showers, but overall, a great experience.

I enjoyed my stay here, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are very silent.

What a great room!!! Quiet but we shall see as the night goes on. Room is clean, bed is comfy as well as the pillows. And the one sofa has a stain of some sort. Bit cool even after turning the heat up, but still nice. If you have a service dog, heads up. People don't pick up after their pets and there's mega amounts of goose poop especially back behind the hotel. Great place to stay. We will be back for sure.

Just finished our stay all the way from Florida!The service was great especially the staff super kind and always available to help can always expect a warm welcome when entering the building!The Cafe was GREAT we can't stop talking about how great the treats and coffee is Definitely would recommend this hotel!They also let us build small snowmen outside.

This place has amazing staff the rooms are clean. The be Breakfast could be better but overall love this hotel. Lots of businesses close by.
