I worked with Ban. She was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about all the jewelry in the store. There was a wide selection of items to admire from earrings, watches, necklaces and bracelets. They even have jewelry for kids-which was great as I was looking for unique gift ideas for my grandson. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of earings & a necklace-love them! Ban also taught me a few quick tips about jewelry quality. I never felt pressed to purchase or upgrade my choices. I loved my experience and will go back and purchase in the future.

Ban was very helpful with choosing an engagement ring, clearly answering any questions along the way, and easily dealing with any changes I wanted. I was able to choose the stone, ring, build, color etc and had the ring built within 3 weeks. She helped me to understand different stone types/ratings/colors according to the book and see stones they had in the store as examples. The 3d model of the ring was a nice touch, and made sure I recieved what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable and we were able to stay around my budget. Will definitely return.

Lucido is truly the best jewelry store around. I brought my Rolex in for servicing, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. When I got it back, it looked like new old stock—absolutely stunning. Their laser welding work is top-notch and made my watch look brand new. A few days later, I came back for something else, and John—without me even mentioning it—noticed that the bracelet wasn’t sitting quite right (I had adjusted it myself). I honestly don’t even know how he spotted it, but he took it in the back and within minutes had it back on my wrist, perfectly adjusted and feeling amazing. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer care are unmatched.
