After going to three locations I am grateful I found this one. JEREMY is the absolute best salesman I have ever worked with. He made this experience seamless in every way. He was extremely patient, kind, informative, and educated about each brand. He listened to every concern I had and worked with my budget. Jeremy is the only person I will go to for any mattress and base needs I have. I am going to send everyone I know to him. I am extremely impressed with this location and Jeremy’s service!!! Thank you and I am so happy I got my dream mattress and base.

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Scott! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what I needed and made everything so easy. Thanks to his knowledge and great customer service, I ended up purchasing two mattresses, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I highly recommend this store ask for Jim and give him my name!!! we'll both be rewarded.Our sales man Jim was a wonderful man. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and since it was our first time there, he helped us try out all the different kinds of beds they had. He also showed us the adjustable bases which we really wanted also.. He was super friendly and made a very stressful shopping trip very enjoyable. We ordered the bed that day!! I'm very satisfied.

Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the difference in the mattress models. Showed the FlexFit base and why it should be used with a Sleep Number mattress. Took the time to let my wife and I try the different mattresses to find the one that we liked.

The salespeople there are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped us get a great deal on our purchase. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience overall! Devon was a very knowledgeable and not pushy sales associate. Coming from someone who knows very little about beds and the complexity of the numerous options, Devon made sure I had all the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision. All of their mattresses can be purchased online but I needed to physically feel them to know I made the right choice and the brick and Morton store made this possible. Highly recommend.

The mattress selection is great. The sales person is not high qpressure. My sales person was Vilma McCauley. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. I made a purchase. There was a promotion at the time in August.

Very pleasant experience. Our salesman, Jeremy, was very professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't make us feel pressured to buy anything. He gave us a great deal. I would definitely recommend American Mattress to anyone looking to purchase a new mattress.
