I found KD Building company based in Sterling-Heights to restore my fire damaged rental property in MI. I can write 10 pages what Kamil has done for me. It's hard to handle construction companies when you are out of state like me. Kamil made almost everything easy for me, from choosing appliances,Carpet,Quartz,cabinets to upgrading the garage floor, and many more with very reasonable costs. He never charged me any extra $$ he used his time for an additional job. He reduced $$ for some job was not necessary to get it done though it was in the written contract.Typically, construction company like to take money out of your pocket as much as they can.
