Heather was beyond helpful in our experience with picking out our new furniture. Her product knowledge and personal experience made her a gem in this whole experience. She allowed us to shop and ask questions without ever feeling pressured or rushed like we did at other stores. She took her time in having us feel the difference in sitting in different sectionals to make sure we were getting the one that was most comfortable for us. She also offered to have Emily, their designer, come to our home so we could see the material swatches with our flooring, paint, and lighting. BEST decision ever!! Emily guided us towards picking out the perfect material and explained the benefits of the product too. I cannot say enough about these two ladies. I would highly recommend both of them for an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience.

Heather was a pleasure to work with at the store. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She gave us information on the products and also shared suggestions to consider. Emily came out to our home and was also wonderful to work with. She walked us through the process and made recommendations to consider in making decisions. We loved her feedback and felt very comfortable with her knowledge. We had such a positive experience with both employees and would highly recommend them. We can't wait to receive our order and enjoy our new furniture.

We love our new couch and loveseat. We shopped at all the stores and found what we were looking for at La-Z-Boy. Imani our sales person was fantastic. She was helpful and patient with our questions. I would recommend her to everyone. The delivery team just placed our furniture at our home and they were great too. This was a great experience in all ways.

AMISH DIRECT FURNITURE REVIEWS

The staff at Amish Direct are friendly, helpful but not pushy. They patiently answered our questions and allowed us time to consider what exactly we wanted. As for delivery, both Andre and Derek were perfectly professional and efficient: knowledgeable in their trade they gave helpful tips on how our dining table and chairs should be cared for. The were extremely careful on bringing in and setting up our beautiful set, and installed pads on all chair legs as well as the table legs, free gratis! Highly recommend this business to anyone considering investing in high quality Amish made furniture.

When we walked into Amish Direct Furniture, we were amazed at not only how much furniture was in the showroom, but also how much furniture we fell in love with. Both Steve and Steven assisted us. They both went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. We fell in love with the floor model kitchen table and ended up buying that table. It was just delivered to our home today and we are in love. Delivery guys did a great job and now it is time for us to enjoy our new table.

Great experience buying our new dining room table! So many options of styles/wood/stains! Helpful and friendly staff. The delivery team of Chez and Derek were professional and took great care assembling my table.

Needed a mattress the same day and they delivered straight to my home. Bar stools were ordered from their online inventory and delivered the next day. Great customer service and furniture at reasonable prices.

Wessan was a great salesman. Not only did he help us get what we wanted he gave us a great price. It was much better than we expected. I highly recommend Mr ZEE.

I got a TV desk from this store at a phenomenal price. It was great quality and looked really nice. These are some good people and they do great business. I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for new furniture.
