Since moving into Shorehaven, my mom has been so much happier and more engaged in activities. Shorehaven is a very welcoming community; everyone shows care, comfort and kindness. Activities staff work hard to keep the residents involved and active while always coming up with new projects and entertainment with many special occasion holiday events. They offer bingo, euchre, pinochle, po-ke-no and happy hour in addition to many other options. The Executive director, Heather, was so helpful in guiding us through the process of transitioning mom from home to independent living. She explained everything thoroughly and made herself available to answer any questions. Excellent communication with family and residents. I am so grateful to everyone for the care she is receiving. This community was the best option and seeing my mom thrive, helped reinforce our decision that moving her was the best choice for providing a wonderful sense of security, safety and peace of mind. More importantly, mom is happy!.

We’re so happy my mom is at Shorehaven. She is looked after beyond what we could have hoped for. Shorehaven has done an exceptional job during the pandemic. We rest easy knowing she’s in a great community, with people who care. They always have very good communication and respond well with any concerns or questions we may have. Five stars for sure!.

I have personally seen how all staff interacts with the residents at Shorehaven. They all TRULY CARE for them and become family to all. I have seen other senior living places with my mom as well as my aunt. None can even come close to the loving and caring staff like Shorehaven. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one to all in need.

I cannot say enough good things about Waltonwood Lakeside! We moved mom in 5 months ago! Everyone they employ are top notch and so very friendly and patient with everyone. They do so many great things there, from the fun activities to the way they celebrate Holidays and all the decorating! The food and the staff in the dining room are great! They sure welcomed my mom with warm hearts! Forever Grateful!!!.

Me and my husband vist here on Monday, very beautiful place very clean staff was very nice, patient were just sweet hearts. We had our tour and vist with Aaron who was so professional kind and very patient and knowledgeable about everything. We were referred her for my mother-law to find her new forever home as now she is 87 and starting to experience sundown dementia, and we wanted to find a very safe clean and beautiful place for here where she will get top notch care. We were very impressed with Aaron and the place itself we believe it will be a good fit for here. They have good food lots of activities for them which is always important. We hope this will be her new home.

This place is AWESOME! I really would like to highlight the meals plans that they have for the residents. The culinary staff is very friendly & kind to the residents & give them a sense of family. Specially the manager NICK, He molded such a wonderful team. This place would be lost without Nick! Please acknowledge Mr. Nick & make him aware of how meaningful his labor is & it's certainly NOT in vain! Thank You, Jesus for this place!.
