Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Grand Rapids East, MI

I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel! They didn’t make us wait to check in, even though we arrived around 2. I expected to pay at checkout, so my funds weren’t all in the same place, staff were very patient & helpful with my 3-way split payment. Our rooms were spacious & clean. I really enjoyed the armed forces display and the book case in the lobby. I was glad the fitness center had an elliptical machine. The pool & the hot tub were great. There was a misunderstanding with the housekeeper (it happens, but he was very nice & I can tell he takes great pride in his work) and he mistakenly threw away my pizza, the hotel staff was very friendly & refunded the value of the pizza. Maddie was very helpful! Great team. We’ll be back!

I have stayed in about a dozen hotels in the Grand Rapids area, and this one is easily my favorite. The rooms are nicely updated, the staff is great, the breakfast is outstanding, and they have a really cool military display on the lower level. The location is great too, with Meijer gardens close by and lots of restaurants to choose from.

This is an amazing hotel. Very reasonable price, wonderful food, staff so helpful and best of all amazing place to stay with kids. And nice jacuzzi, pool, game room and workout spot. Come check em out.
