We had a great stay! Really nice hotel, nice very clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and the small restaurant they have. Head of House keeping especially, I believe her name was Mercedes, was super professional and friendly all through our stay. Very close to Yale, Walkability to nice shops and restaurants, a great location.
All in all a very nice experience and highly recommended whenever you are in New Haven. Looking forward to visit again!
Hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was awesome especially Youlna at the front desk. She was the kindest, nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff member we encountered during our stay. We would definitely return for a night just off of our interaction with her. Nice view of downtown from our window. Very close to every restaurant or market you’d need.
Had a great time staying here, no complaints. Just had to stay at night and they were very accommodating with late check out. Would stay here again if I’m ever in the New Haven area. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and gave a lot of recommendations for food.
