Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University

Beautiful hotel in a great location, however the parking was not so good! They are in the middle of renovating and right now it is a mess. I am sure it will look great and be more practical once it’s finished. The service was very good with professional staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds! Breakfast could be better (hardly any pastries) and fruits were in its natural form instead of being cut off.

Perfect home base for a Knoxville visit! The location was convenient and centrally located to access all of our adventures for the weekend. Alex was there to greet us upon arrival and provide perfect direction to help us find our way into the property. Emily took great care of us during check in and made us feel like VIP guests as I’m sure she does with everyone that stays. The team also gave some great recommendations on food and drink spots in the area. Thanks for a great weekend!

It's really high class, and very fancy. The dining room is very beautiful and fancy. The buffet is delicious. They value guests' safety, comfort, and overall expertise. I would highly recommend this hotel.
