Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago/Aurora

Great hotel experience. Our family met at this hotel to celebrate a late Christmas & the staff provided us with with great customer service. From Amanda who voluntarily made sure our rooms were all together , to Andy’s friendly welcome at check in. Staff was warm & friendly to our grandkids & we observed the breakfast lady to be ultra kind to a stressed out Mom. Rooms were large & we loved the big common area. Pool area was perfect for our young grandkids. Breakfast had many options & was well stocked. Pet fee was higher than most hotels, but our pets are family so they travel with us. Thank you for a very nice stay.

I absolutely love this hotel! We have a son that plays football for Aurora University and we had a party of 22 book rooms. They were extremely accommodating and got us all on the same floor. The pool was so amazing they had volleyball and a kiddie pool with a slide etc.. Yvonne and the rest of the staff are so kind!! We will never stay anywhere’s else when we visit!

The staff here were so friendly, rooms clean and everything located close by that you could possibly want. Breakfast to be served in the morning. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in this direction.
