Our recent Move-In experience, has been very smooth and pleasant. Everyone in the Rental Office, has been very nice. Our apartment is very clean, quiet, and we like the modern amenities, throughout our home. The landscaping was noted by my wife, to be very well taken care of, and she likes it.

Most awesome people I have met in a long time Anthony and Alyssa are beautiful individuals.

This has been our home for 8 years and we truly enjoy the location and school district. Summer fun is the best!!.

ORCHARD VILLAGE APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I have never met a more friendly and capable assistant property manager than Rafael. He was a total rock star! He made us feel welcome and took care of us throughout the entire process. Whenever we had questions, he was there to answer them. We looked at over 25 other apartments, and no one made us feel as wonderful as he did. I would highly recommend Orchard Village to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live. Don't forget to ask for Rafael!!.

I have lived at Orchard Village for over 20 years and have seen a lot of changes. However I can say this is best maintenance team we have had in a while. I want to give a special Thank you to Teodoro Garcia, besides always going above and beyond to complete any work order, he's always friendly and courteous.

The whole mantainence team was attentive and educating on how we were going to fix my ice machine. Noel was very knowledgeable about how to fix the issue and made it a very pleasant experience.

Janna and Stephanie are soo great and helped me with the application process. I felt like they were really nice, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! The community has a lot of events and are very communicative. The portal move in process was very well explained and easy to understand. I haven’t moved in yet but so far I am very impressed!.

My leasing and moving experience with Butterfield Oaks was amazing, thanks to the incredible support from Jana and the helpful maintenance team. Jana was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to address all my questions, concerns, and special requests, making a big difference for my family. The maintenance team was also prompt and efficient in addressing all my queries. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism from everyone at Butterfield Oaks. Thank you for making this such a smooth and welcoming process!.

My family and I enjoy living at Butterfield Oaks. We just moved in this September and already feel at home in this quiet, family friendly community. Parks, trails and shopping are nearby making this an ideal location. The management team is top notch and very responsive-they actually answer the phone! Shout out to Jana and Jon who were incredibly helpful throughout the application and move-in process. Our unit is beautifully updated, spacious and cozy. The gas fireplace is a huge plus! We love it here!.
