The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center

I went with friends and we really enjoyed our day. All the shops were fun to shop in except the candy store. It wasn't the chocolate store. We walked in on the left side of the portable divider. An employee was standing there and told us to walk out and enter on the other side. There weren't any other people entering or exiting. They're rude, and we will never enter again.

This is our favorite hotel in K.C for a couple's getaway! My husband and I love coming here. The corner rooms are huge and so comfortable. The hotel is gorgeous. Staff are professional and helpful. Best part is location to Crowne Center and Union Station. You can park your car at the hotel and walk to so many attractions and restaurants. We can't wait to return!

First time to KC and this was a great place for our first visit. Close to downtown, connected to the Crown Center, and very well up kept for an older hotel.
