I want to start by saying that every step of the process working with All Comfort Services was smooth. And an exceptional thank you goes to Joel Barlow! He provided service that went above and beyond any expectations I had. He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and patient with us to make sure our furnace and thermostat was fixed on what was probably the coldest cold spell in February when our heat went out. Thank you again to Joel and his team at All Comfort Services. Have dealt with several other HVAC and Heating companies in and around Madison, but this is the most reliable one. Incredible service provided. We had a very very old furnace and the technician (Zach Bergs) came in professionally, diagnosed our furnace and advised us on the next step. They told us we needed a new furnace, their sales team (Nick Moran) was excellent in providing information and options as to what we needed and how we can proceed. Once we chose the model we wanted the next day less than 12 hours later the installation team (Jesse Scott and Dylan) came in, tore down the old model and installed the new one. The install went smoothly and they were very informative about the process. Highly recommend their services.

All Comfort Services did a great job replacing our water softener, broken spigots, and old valves. The serviceman, Anthony, was knowledgeable, hardworking, and very pleasant. I loved that All Comfort sent a bio of the workman before he arrived. It was a nice touch. I definitely recommend All Comfort and will be using them again.
