Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric

Heart is incredible. I will use them for ANY project that I have related to heat, AC, plumbing & electric. They did it all. Our AC gave out at the end of summer, so it needed to be replaced. At the same time, I figured that with the aging furnace, aging water heater, and badly set up electric in my garage, that it was time. They came out and did everything in probably, about 16-18 hours total, over the course of two days. They had multiple people on the job (Shane & Justin - installers, Beau on electrical, Ruben as project lead / other roles as well). These guys got it DONE. Everything is taken care of. I have a brand new HVAC system, completely upgraded garage electrical, and new water heater. It was a better price than other place I was quoted and I felt really comfortable with each and every one of their employees. Great Great GREAT work. Highly recommend. Shop around, sure, but I highly recommend landing your decision with Heart!

Heart did not install my new furnace and AC unit. The "other company" who did the install took short cuts to get the job done in one day and I was very disappointed. I called Heart to come do a system check and the tech was so nice and took the time to walk me through not only the service he was doing, but what he could do to make the system more efficient. I am sticking with Heart, where I know they are honest and trustworthy.

I was very impressed with the whole experience . From the beginning the professionalism of Victor Gallegos to the courteous approach of all the technicians involved in the installation of my furnace, tankless hot water heater and AC unit. The extra care taken in cleanliness was appreciated. The quality of work was evident in the pride each technician demonstrated while working.
