McCullough Heating & Air Conditioning

The technicians had to come out a few times to resolve a problem with our air conditioning system. At first I was upset because it seemed unfair to have to pay for repairs that did not resolve the issue. The folks at the company worked with me to resolve my concerns. Not only did they fix the problem, they also refunded me for the prior repair that had not resolved the issue. They are the real deal--honest folks who still care about their customers. They're one of the few local companies around and I've noticed that local companies tend to be much more responsive than big chains. I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

So grateful to McCullough heating and AC for quickly addressing our AC problems today. They sent a wonderful technician, Joey, who went above and beyond the service call when he visited us. Joey was on time, he was courteous and wore booties when going in and out of the house. Joey explained everything he was going to do, why he was doing it and gave us tips on how to extend the life of our AC unit. He answered all of my questions and got our house cooling again! I can see why McCollough has almost a 5 star rating on google.

Once again Joel did an excellent job of reviewing the issues we fixed on his last visit. He also identified some new problems that need fixing but he did not pressure me to fix them right away. After explaining things in detail about how he found the issue and what would need to be done to fix it, he gave us a quote on the repairs and explained the payment plan available. We feel confident in his skills and will be planning for a return visit for repairs in the near future!
