Pioneer Comfort Systems

I had a leak in my attic which was leaking into my laundry room ceiling. After consulting numerous people about where the leak was coming from ( a roofer, a handyman, even an electrician) the electrician finally found that it was coming from a leaking vent pipe in the attic. He told me to call my plumber and they could replace and seal the joint in the PVC pipe. Mikel Hamilton and his assistant Jake, from Pioneer showed up today, fixed the joint, good as new! No more leaking! These guys are great. Always show up, always respectful and friendly. Honestly, I wouldn't use anyone but Pioneer. They also do my 6 month checks for my heating and air. Cannot beat the service!

Adam Morgan did an outstanding job on servicing my HVAC unit today. Adam was knowledgeable and very thorough while servicing my unit. He was courteous and personable. He documented everything he did with notes or photos, which he shared with me. This was actually his second visit to perform my semi-annual servicing. So he knew where everything was located, which made things go smoothly. I will definitely ask for Adam for future service calls.

We were very happy with the maintenance service done on our heating and air conditioning unit today. The technician, Joe, did a very thorough job, and he was very friendly!! We have always been satisfied with all of our dealings with Pioneer. They try very hard to meet the needs of their customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
